Short video contest "nizima LIVE challenge" is to be held! Winners will be posted in the VTuber information magazine "VTuber Style" and will receive a total prize of 100,000 yen!

A short video contest will be held in which participants create short videos of "Haiku with the theme of Common things for VTubers" using the new features (visual effect or hand tracking) of the facial tracking app "nizima LIVE" for VTubers. The submitted works will be judged by the nizima LIVE team, and three winners will be selected to be posted in the VTuber specialty magazine "VTuber Style" and will receive a total prize of 100,000 yen.

Not just for VTubers and riggers, even those who don't have a Live2D model can participate using the sample models embedded in nizima LIVE!

Contest details

A short video contest will be held in which participants create short videos containing "Haiku with the theme of Common things for VTubers" using the new features (visual effect or hand tracking) of the facial tracking app "nizima LIVE" for VTubers. Please see the application requirements below. The submitted works will be judged by the nizima LIVE team, and three winners will receive a total prize of 100,000 yen.

September 26, 2023 (TUE) to October 31, 2023 (TUE), 23:59

 

Video requirements and platforms to post the video

Create a video of one minute or less containing "Haiku with the theme of Common things for VTubers" using the new features of nizima LIVE 1.6 (visual effect or hand tracking). Post the video to one of the following platforms with the hashtags "#nizimaLIVE_Challenge" and "VTuberあるある川柳". Then, send the necessary information such as the URL to the application form.

1. Youtube 、2. X (Old Twitter) 、3. TikTok(either one of them)

 

Examples:

Prepared 3 microphones in order for good quality of sound

Thinking about the thumbnail for 1 hour

Games bought for gameplay streaming, but then left unplayed.

 

Application requirements

• Use a Live2D model in nizima LIVE, and use the new feature "visual effect" or "hand tracking".
  
  
• Post the video on the platforms specified above with the hashtags " #nizimaLIVE_Challenge" and "#VTuberあるある川柳". After that, send the necessary information such as the URL to the application form.

 

About awards

The submitted works will be judged by the nizima LIVE team, and the following awards and prizes will be awarded.

• Grand Prize (1 person): 50,000 yen
• Excellence Award (1 person): 30,000 yen
• Honorable Mention Award(1 person): 20,000 yen

The winning works will also be introduced in the VTuber specialty information magazine "VTuber Style", along with the standing pictures and comments of the winners.

FAQ

Q. Can I participate for free?

A. Yes, nizima LIVE offers a free plan, so you can participate for free ! The free plan has some restrictions, such as time limits for camera usage or watermark display.
nizima LIVE can be downloaded from the download page.

Q. I don't have my own Live2D model, can I still participate?

A. Yes, you can! nizima LIVE includes 12 Live2D models, including original models, as sample models. Please feel free to use these sample models.

Q. Can I participate with a model other than Live2D, such as a 3D model?

A. No, you cannot. nizima LIVE is a tracking app for Live2D models only.

Q. Can I submit multiple entries?

A. Yes, you can! Please submit each work separately through the application form.

Q. Can I participate with screenshots or still images?

A. No, you cannot. This is a short video contest, so screenshots and still images will not be eligible for judging.

 

Notes

• After the review is complete, the winners will be notified by email from the nizima LIVE team to the contact information entered in the application form. The results of the review will be announced at a later date in the VTuber Style magazine, as well as on the website and SNS.
• Videos posted beyond the application period are not eligible for application.
• If we do not receive a reply to the notification email within a week, the award might be invalidated.
• We ask you to strictly comply with the copyright and usage rules for the models and items you use.
• In addition, any content that is considered offensive to third parties, violating public order and morality, or inappropriate judged by Live2D may be ineligible for application.
• Winners will be required to submit information necessary for receiving the award and prize money, such as address, name, and bank account number for transfer. The personal information you submit will not be used for any purpose other than this project.
• If a withholding tax is applicable, we might deduct the withholding income tax from the prize money before payment.
• There is a possibility that you may need to file a final tax return yourself when receiving an award. Please judge based on your own circumstances and file a tax return on your own if needed.
• Depending on the situation of the winner and the organizer, if it's difficult to receive the prize money for the winner, the organizer may substitute or change the contents of the prizes or prize money in a way that is considered appropriate.
• We will not answer any inquiries about the lottery status or results.
• This campaign is subject to termination without notice.
